It’s definitely a common thread that we all value and prioritize health at such a high level. 💚 2 weeks of Nicaragua surf had us feeling super wrecked until our friends found a great chiropractor in the area. 🇳🇮 Sooo good that they suggested we bring the full family. This was our kids very first adjustment/experience and they really enjoyed it and learned a lot. If only all medical experiences could be this cheerful ☺️ @thebucketlistfamily

I bought a secondhand sewing machine in hopes of teaching myself a new skill. I made a scrunchie on the first day, then pillow covers in the days that followed. The learning process became so fun that I started making presents for the holidays. Encouraged by family and friends to sell the pouches and makeup bags I made, I set up an online store. Now, I work my 9–5 on weekdays and sew on weekends. I wasn’t sure what I was doing at first—I just started. Sometimes, that’s all it takes. Make it exist first; you can perfect it later.
