Subi ao palco do Amcham Talks 2024 ontem, em Campinas, São Paulo, para falar sobre a importância do diálogo entre gerações no ambiente de trabalho + a comunicação como força motriz para liderar, inspirar e transformar. Conduzi duas palestras, uma delas seguida de um bate-papo com Roberta Campos, e, em cada momento, encontrei não somente uma audiência, mas líderes atentos, inquietos e interessados, vindos de todos os cantos do Brasil, e que conduzem algumas das maiores empresas do País. Neste Amcham Talks, evento da Câmara Americana de Comércio, ficou evidente que a comunicação já não é vista apenas como ferramenta – ela é percebida como ativo estratégico, um valor competitivo capaz de definir o presente e moldar o futuro. Não tenho dúvida de que estamos vivendo um momento em que a #comunicação é o que nos conecta ao que importa. Sem ela, não há inovação, não há liderança, e definitivamente não há futuro. O Amcham Talks, nascido em Campinas em 2018, é hoje um dos maiores festivais de tendências e inovação do Brasil e a sétima edição teve com tema “Ideias que Transformam, Tecnologias que Conectam”. Foram 6 palcos, sendo uma Full Experience, 60 profissionais Amcham envolvidos, mais de 1.000 pessoas presentes no presencial e mais de 2.000 online. Estar em seu line-up principal, com a casa mais do que cheia duas vezes, não foi só um marco profissional – foi a chance poder levar minha mensagem a mais líderes e espalhar a relevância da comunicação, do diálogo, da escuta e da IE pelos quatro cantos do Brasil, onde ela é mais necessária do que nunca. Quero deixar meu reconhecimento aos times da Amcham Campinas e Brasil, que não pouparam esforços para que eu me sentisse em casa e que o evento fosse um espetáculo impecável - e realmente foi.
