Mass surveillance isn’t illegal. Private companies collect your data, sell it to the government, and AI analyzes millions of people at once. No warrant needed. Technically lawful because the law hasn’t caught up to the technology.
Autonomous weapons that fire without human decision aren’t illegal either. We haven’t written that law yet. So “lawful use” includes weapons that choose targets and kill without a person in the loop.
