Bo w żyćku ma być dobrze, a nie łatwo.
I to zdanie jest moim uniwersalnym kierunkowskazem do codziennych wyborów, pracy nad ciałem i duchem oraz sposobem patrzenia na świat i drugiego człowieka.
Wybieram ciekawość zamiast bezpieczeństwa.
Dialog zamiast ciszy z wygody.
Działanie zamiast strachu przed porażką.
To nie jest droga powszechna, więc naturalnie bywa samotna.
Ale jest właściwa.
Bo jest moja, autentyczna.
I dokładnie taka, jaką chcę iść.
Bo jakość nigdy nie idzie na skróty 😌

La Ascesis es un conjunto de prácticas y hábitos que sigue el asceta para conseguir la perfección moral y espiritual.
Proviene del griego “ἄσκησις” - “áskēsis”.
Significa “ejercicio”, “disciplina espiritual”, “preparación para una prueba”.
El término ascesis procede originalmente de la práctica gimnástica, específicamente para designar los ejercicios físicos preparatorios del gimnasta antes de una competición deportiva.
Pronto se le dio una significación moral e incluso religiosa.
Bajo esta perspectiva se refiere a un ejercicio incesante, una lucha por el perfeccionamiento interior…
…un infatigable entrenamiento para ofrecer principios anímicos armoniosos al servicio de modelos arquetípicos y divinos.
Siguiendo la propuesta órfica y pitagórica, Platón aplicará la ascesis al ámbito del rigor moral para referirse a la liberación del alma de las cadenas corporales.
