☀️Our journey spans essential vinyasa asanas, including standing postures, heart openers, forward bends, twists, backbends, arm balances, and inversions.
☀️Prana Flow Methodology: Participants will learn the Prana Flow approach to hands-on assists in vinyasa, emphasizing energetic alignment, prana observation, and respectful assistance tailored to individual embodiment and innate intelligence.
☀️Pancha Vayu Activation: The program fosters the ability to “see, awaken, and guide” the pancha vayus (five movements of Prana), enhancing the body’s intrinsic kinesthetic intelligence.
