Sometimes being an atheist feels like watching the world participate in a collective illusion. People confidently claim that an invisible being is guiding every event, listening to their thoughts, and controlling destiny, yet questioning that belief is treated as the irrational act. When an individual hears voices or believes unseen forces are speaking to them, society calls it a disorder. But when millions share the same belief, it suddenly becomes sacred and unquestionable. The strange part isn’t the belief itself, but how deeply normalized it is that no one stops to question the difference between faith and imagination.
