Working arcs and outside edge acceleration, with progression to change of direction during arc runs! 🥵 Linear speed training is essential to develop optimal technique to maximize speed however how often are you really running dead straight in sports!? This is why it’s critical to train arc speed and change of direction as well, to not only improve the mechanics but also prep the feet, ankles, hips and core for the imposed demands. ⭕️ Hoop drills don’t only simulate defensive line pass rushing…. Při kempech ve STACA Elite Institute trénuje 8-10x týdně (2-3x led, 6-7x posilovna). Na videu trénink síly lower-body se zaměřením na Front Squat. Jedná se o první ryze silové tréninky v off-season. Proč? Protože objektivní testování Athletix ukázalo jiné priority, které dle subjektivních pocitů korelují s výkonností na ledě. Testování by se nemělo dělat jen za účelem otestovat. Testování má pomoci identifikovat silné a slabé stránky a dát návod, jakým směrem by se tréninkový proces mohl/měl orientovat. DŮLEŽITÉ!
