Waardoor ik nu de ring-handstand kan en mijn scorpion handstand heel erg is verbeterd🥹 Om blessures te voorkomen, is het belangrijk om de intensiteit en volume LANGZAAM op te bouwen. Kies eerst 2 oefeningen uit die je voor 30s op een nog comfortabele zone, voor jou, vasthoudt. Hou je adem niet vast, en blijf goed door ademen! Om te weten of je nog in je comfortabele zone zit, kan je proberen te praten. Lukt dit? Dan zit je goed! Later kan je er oefening(en) toevoegen, de volume verder opbouwen en steeds meer buiten je comfortable zone gaan, praten kan dan niet mogelijk zijn maar probeer wel te blijven ademen🧘‍♀️ Ervaar je veel pijn? STOP. Dit is een signaal dat je net wat te ver door pusht, het mag oncomfortabel voelen maar niet tot het punt dat het pijn doet! How to Backbend 🤸🏽💪🏼 Step 1: Seal Pose - Lay on your belly and place your hands near your shoulders. Press your hands into the ground and slowly lift your chest, arching your back. Hold for a few breaths. Step 2: Wall Backbend - Stand with your back facing the wall, a few inches away. Position your feet hip-width apart for stability. Slowly begin to bend backwards from your waist, keeping your arms extended towards the ceiling. Continue the gentle backward movement until your hands touch the wall behind you. Once your hands make contact with the wall, use it as support to deepen your backbend. Step 3: Kneeling Backbend - Begin by kneeling on the floor. Slowly start to lean back, pushing your hips forward and arching your back. Step 4: Chair Backbend - Place a chair in front of you and lay down on your back. Lift one leg on the chair followed by the other one. From here, push through your legs to lift yourself up in a backbend.
