I dont know who wants to know this, but this exercise I am seeing every day in the gym people are doing in a wrong way. Here’s whats wrong: 1. You must focus on the scapul movement to give greater stretch and contraction for your back muscles. Otherwise you are training your biceps dude. 2. You have to keep next to your oblique, instead of chest n*ples. This way you will target more your back than your biceps again. 3. Doing too fast is not gonna get your the results. Get heavier weight and slow down your tempo, so you can feel both stretch and contraction finally. No need to thank me for this, just keep following if you want real advices. #backday #backworkout #backexercise #dumbbellworkout #dumbbellexercise
