Recipe
Large onions
Ground beef or sausage
Shredded cheddar or cheddar cubes
Bacon
Garlic & Herb Marinade
Worcester sauce
Parsley
BBQ sauce
Garlic/onion powder
Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Foil
How to make it:
Hollow out onions.
Mix beef, cheese, seasoning → stuff it inside the onions.
Wrap each onion with 3–4 slices of bacon.
Wrap EACH bomb tightly in heavy duty foil.
Grill indirect heat 45–60 mins until bacon is rendered and beef cooked.
Unwrap for the steam explosion , crank that temp up and then glaze with BBQ sauce and sear.

What you need:
Half empty jar of dill pickle spears
4 chicken tenders
1 packet of ranch seasoning
4-8 slices of bacon
How to make them:
1. Marinate your chicken & pickles together with the ranch seasoning for 1-24 hours.
2. Take them out, add extra seasoning, wrap with bacon & air fry @ 370F for 15 mins. Take them out and enjoy!

RECandy Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies
For game day I guess
Recipe:
-Wrap little smokies in a half cut of regular bacon and pin with a toothpick.
-Place on a rack for easy transfer and top with brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
-Grill indirect at 350F for about 30 minutes or until the bacon is done.
-Let it rest to solidify the bacon and start smashing them!

🚨 NOTE: You don’t need a smoker to dry the skin. See alternatives below.
Now, some recipes are better without chicken skin (soups, braises, meal prep).
Throwing it away, though, wastes a ton of flavor that can be used elsewhere.
Repurpose it and turn it into the best snack I may have ever had!
It’s not something you’d eat every day, and that’s the point. Treat yourself. 🥓🐔
🔥Full Recipe:
🔸 Harvest chicken skin
🔸 Lay skin flat on a wire rack over a tray
🔸 Wrap the chicken skin around bacon
🔸 Season (I used @blazingstarbbq )
🔸 Smoke at 180–200°F for ~40 minutes to add smoke and dry the skin
🔹 No Smoker?
🔹 Dry the chicken skin overnight on a wire rack in the fridge
🔹 Or bake at 200°F for ~40 minutes before the next steps
🔸 Transfer to a parchment-lined tray
🔸 Place parchment and a second tray on top to press them flat
🔸 Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes (depending on your oven)
🔸 Remove the top tray and bake another 10 minutes to finish crisping
