THPlaying in the kitchen with @bakerlyusa buttery brioche burger buns and came up with this burger recipe!
What are your go-to burger toppings?
Try our version with pickled cabbage slaw from @flourandweirdoughs and Mozzarella + a charrred scallion and chipotle mayo🍔❤️
Recipe steps:
• Pat the burger dry with paper towels
• Season both sides with salt and pepper
• In a hot pan cook each side 3 minutes (more or less depending on desired temperature)
• Bake brioche buns for 30 seconds at 350 degree F
• Add charred scallion & chipotle mayo to one of your brioche buns
• Add mozzarella & pickled cabbage slaw
Charred Scallion & Chipotle Mayo:
1 bud of scallions
2 cup of heavy Mayo
1 cup chipotle chiles
1 lemon
Char scallions heavily on a hot pan or grill, and chop them. In a bowl combine Mayo chipotle chiles, scallions and lemon mix and taste to serve.

WHA toast to the New Year! We are staying in this year (I’ll likely have half a glass of champagne and be sleeping by 10pm) but that doesn’t mean the New Year won’t be special! I’m serving up these Lox and Cream Cheese Crostini made with buttery @bakerlyusa brioche! #ad The rich, slightly sweet brioche is perfect topped with lox and schmear. Here is the recipe:
Lox and Cream Cheese Crostini
1 loaf @bakerlyusa Hand Braided Brioche
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz smoked salmon
1 English cucumber, sliced thin
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon everything bagel spice
Micro greens, chives or dill for garnish
Pre-heat your oven to the broiler setting. Slice the @bakerlyusa Hand Braided Brioche into 1/4 inch slices and then halve each slice. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil just until toasted, about 1 minute per side. Top with cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, red onion, capers, a sprinkle of everything bagel spice and micro greens. Enjoy!

CAClever use of potatoes for a vegetarian Aloo Tikki Burger featuring @bakerlyusa brioche hamburger rolls.

(Makes 4-6)
Potato patty 🍔
🥔 2-3 boiled potatoes
🧄 1tbsp garlic power (onion power - optional)
🧂 Pinch of Salt & pepper
🌱 Cilantro
🥚 1 egg
🍞 bakerly brioche burger buns
🌶 Burger toppings (lettuce, jalapeño, tomatoes)
Sauce 🍔
🥛 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
🔥 2tbsp siracha
💛1tsp mustard
🍅 1tbsp ketchup
🍷 1tsp red wine vinegar
🧂 Pinch of salt and upper
🍋 Lemon zest and cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil your potatoes till tender and soft
2. Combine your boiled potatoes, seasoning, egg and cilantro and mix until combined
3. Add in the flour, and mix until well combined
4. Use your palm to shape a round thick patty and fry on a pan with oil until crispy and golden
5. Top that patty with cheese so that it melts and set aside
6. Make your sauce by mixing all the ingredients and top a generous amount onto the bread
7. Build your burger by putting it all together, serve and enjoy! 🤤
