The easiest most foolproof artisan bread✨ . I discovered this method from @merryboosters years ago and it has been my go-to ever since 🙏🏼❤️ . ▪️390g (or ~3 Cups) Artisan Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour▪️2 tsp Sugar▪️1+1/2 tsp Salt▪️3/4 tsp Instant or Active Dried Yeast▪️300ml (1+1/4 Cups) Water▪️Butter, for serving▪️ . 1️⃣ In a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, sugar and yeast 2️⃣ Add some lukewarm water (~95°F) and mix everything together to form a shaggy mass of dough 3️⃣ Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit and rise in a warm environment for about 2 hours 4️⃣ After 2 hours, preheat the oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside (so the Dutch oven gets preheated as well) 5️⃣ Transfer the dough on to a floured work surface (the dough will be sticky so dust it with some flour whenever needed); knead the dough (fold it on to itself, turn, and repeat) for 2-3 mins until a tensive dough ball forms 6️⃣ Transfer to a proofing basket or parchment lined bowl, cover and let rise for 35 mins or until the dough doubles in size 7️⃣ Place the dough ball in the preheated Dutch oven lined with parchment and bake at 450°F for 30 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to 400°F, remove the lid, and bake for another 10-15 more minutes (at this point the longer you bake the bread the crispier the crust will be.. just make sure the bottom doesn't burn) - enjoy with salted butter! . Note: If you are making bread on a regular baking tray instead of a Dutch oven, steam is the key factor for making crusty bread. Place a pan with hot water in the lowest rack of oven while baking and spraying with water inside the oven during the initial five minutes of baking to help create this steamy environment inside the oven. . ⏲ 10 minute prep time + 2 hour 35 minute rise time + 40 minute cook time

the EASIEST, softest, most tender bread EVA!😤 2026 is the year of homemade bread. 10000% times more delicious and made with real ingredients! that you can pronounce! we are starting of strong with this Honey Milk Bread, perfect for a sandwich but my personal favorite is a thick slice with butter, honey & flaky salt🤤 let me know what other breads you want to learn how to make. oh & make sure to follow for all the recipes coming soon!🤭 RECIPE 1 egg 7g (1 packet) instant yeast 57g (2½ Tbsp) honey 43g (3 Tbsp) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 165g (⅔ cup) warm whole milk 
60g (¼ cup) warm water 9g (1½ tsp) salt 410g (3½ cups) bread flour OPTIONAL: egg wash - 1 egg and a splash of water Warm the milk to lukewarm. Add your yeast and mix together all wet ingredients in a bowl. Whisk the egg before combining. Add the bread flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms. Rest the dough (covered) for about 15 minutes. Then continue kneading until the gluten has started to develop and the dough comes together. Add salt and knead for 2-3 more minutes till the dough passes a light windowpane test. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Gently shape into a loaf. Place into a buttered 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and let rise until puffy but still slightly springy when pressed, about 20-30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk the egg wash ingredients together and brush lightly over the loaf. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing for best structure!! happy bread baking!! 1 tsp instant yeast
1½ cups warm water • Mix ingredients and let it sit at room temperature for about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in size. • Lightly sprinkle flour over and under the dough and shape it into a ball. • Place a sheet of parchment paper over a large bowl and spread olive oil over the paper to prevent the dough from sticking while baking. • Place the dough onto the prepared, oiled parchment paper and bowl. • Preheat the oven to 450°F with the Dutch oven inside. Let the dough rest in room temperature while the oven preheats. • Once the oven is preheated, carefully place the dough (with the parchment paper) into the hot Dutch oven and cover with the lid. • Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on. • Remove the lid and bake for another 12–15 minutes, until golden brown. • Let the bread cool for 1 hour before slicing. Open baking sourdough bread for the most beautiful, bakery style loaves ☺️ 1. Start by preheating your baking steel to 500 degrees in your oven for 45 minutes-1 hour. My baking steel is from @cookingsteels 2. After an hour, get your source of steam ready. You can simply put water in oven safe pans like i do, or you can use coal in a skillet as well. 3. Once your oven is preheated + your source of steam is about ready, get out your loaves & score them on parchment paper. I just cut parchment paper into squares that fit them. 4. Working very quickly, open your oven & add your pans with water (make sure to cover the glass window of your oven to prevent it from cracking) 5. Add your loaves to your steel and close oven. 6. Bake for 7 minutes, and then score your bread loaves again. I do this because i like a pronounced score, but you shouldn’t have to. Bake for another 13 minutes (20 total). 7. After 20 minutes, take your steam out and rotate your loaves. Bake for another 10-20 minutes or until your loaves are nice and golden brown. 8. Temp your loaves to 200-205 degrees to make sure they’re cooked internally. *My oven drops in temperature once i insert the steam (and it has trouble keeping the high temp 🥲) so i leave it set to 500 the whole time. However i have an oven thermometer that i watch for the real temperature! It typically drops to 400 once i insert the steam, and is back to ~450 when the steam is relieved!

Recipe below! 👇🏼👇🏼 2 tsp dry active yeast 2 cups warm water 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp salt 1/4 cup melted butter 5 heaping cups of all purpose flour Directions: 1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast, honey, and warm water. Let sit for 10-15 min. 2. Add salt, melted butter, and flour. Mix until it forms a dough — I use my stand mixer and a dough hook. 3. Knead dough all together. Place back in the bowl and cover with a tea towel and wait 1 hour. 4. Punch down center and knead back into a ball. Cut into two pieces and roll into loaves. Place in greased bread pans, cover with tea towel and wait 1 hour. 5. Preheat oven to 360. Score the center and bake in oven for 40 min. Once done, run butter over the top to seal. And takeout of pans to cool completely before storing. Let me know if you make it and what you think! 🫶🏼
