JUStop 3D Print Warping with Brim Ears
Tired of your 3D prints lifting from the corners or warping mid-print?
This usually happens because the plastic shrinks while cooling, which pulls the corners upward and breaks adhesion with the build plate.
A simple trick in Bambu Studio can help — “Brim Ears”.
Instead of adding a full brim around the entire model, Brim Ears place small circular anchors only at the corners, where warping usually starts.
This improves bed adhesion while keeping the rest of the print clean and easy to remove.
How to Enable Brim Ears in Bambu Studio
1. Open your model in Bambu Studio
2. Go to “Build Plate Adhesion settings”
3. Enable “Brim Ears”
4. Slice and start the print
You’ll get stronger adhesion with minimal cleanup.
