Postpartum Meal Prep Series 🤍 One thing that makes postpartum meals so much easier? Having broth ready to go — and homemade is even better. The recipe is simple: Bones, if you have ready I highly recommend you bake them beforehand at 425F for 20min. A few vegetables and herbs for flavor, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and time. I let mine cook for 16–18 hours on the slow cook setting in my Instant Pot. Low effort, big payoff. Once it cools, I pour it into silicone molds (1-cup portions), freeze, and then store the cubes in gallon freezer bags. So easy to toss into soups, stews, chili, rice… or, if you’re brave, sip it warm straight from a mug. #broth#homemade#postpartum#mealprepping
