LOi don’t know what i was expecting.. but it wasn’t this 🤯
i filmed this back when the days were longer and the weather sweet and mild, when @southaustralia launched @tastingaustralia at the beautiful @kingsfordthebarossa.
there was something so familiar about it and i couldn’t put my finger on it until later: i was pretty young when mcleods daughters came our, but sometimes on a wednesday when my mum would go to her best friend’s house for dinner i would get to go too, and if i did the dishes i was allowed to eat ANYTHING from the pantry and watch anything on TV, and i soaked up tic toc biscuits and this show like they were liquid gold. which they were, actually, and i remember those wednesdays with such a glow ✨
the most careful, beautiful job has been done restoring this place and i hope you find yourself there one day soon x
