Simple meal with refreshing tomatoes, beans, & toast ✨ I love this recipe because it’s just throwing ingredients in a baking dish & letting it bake! No chopping or prepping required! (Recipe below & follow @thehealthyhophead for more easy & nutritious recipes!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes 1/4 cup garlic cloves Rosemary to liking 3 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup cannelloni beans Chili pepper flakes to liking Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper 2 tbsp crème fraiche Toast Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 345F. 2. To a baking dish, add the tomatoes, garlic, 2 tbsp of the olive oil, rosemary, chili pepper flakes, salt, & pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until the garlic & tomatoes are soft. 3. Once done baking, take out, remove the rosemary stem, & mash the garlic & tomatoes together. Then add the beans & 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Bake again for 10 minutes. 4.
