ANThis is your sign to slow down
DIY Bath Salts:
• 2 cups Epsom salt
• 1 cup sea salt (coarse or fine — or pink Himalayan)
• ½ cup baking soda
• 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
• Dried flowers (lavender, calendula, rose buds)
• 10 drops essential oil (I used vanilla)
Mix dry ingredients, stir in coconut oil + essential oil, then gently fold in dried flowers.
Store in a glass jar.
Use ½–1 cup per bath and let salts dissolve before soaking.
Lasts ~6 months when stored dry 🤍

MY FAVORITE HOMEMADE SOOTHING BATH SALT ⤵
* 500 g epsom salt /magnesium sulfate salt
* 10 drops sweet orange essential oil
* 5 drops lavender essential oil
* 5 drops ylang ylang essential oil
* 2 tablespoons jojoba oil
* 1 tablespoon dried lavender/flower petals of your choice (optional)
♡ To a mixing bowl, add salts, essential oils, oil and dried flowers.
♡ Stir ingredients to combine.
♡ Transfer bath soak to an airtight container or jar. Add a couple of spoons of mixture to bath water. Soak for 20 minutes.

LICan we talk about sleep for a minute? Because honestly, getting a proper night’s rest has become absolutely non-negotiable for me these days – right up there with moving my body and eating well.
If you’ve been through perimenopause, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Those years were brutal when it came to sleep. Lying there, mind racing, unable to switch off. Or finally drifting off, only to wake up at 3am, wide awake and staring at the ceiling. Absolutely maddening.
You’re reaching for that third coffee by 10am, the gym feels like an impossible mission, and even the smallest bit of stress feels completely overwhelming. It’s a vicious cycle. That’s why I’ve become obsessed with sleep hygiene, and I know that might sound a bit boring, but trust me, it’s a game-changer.
Our bodies at this stage absolutely thrive on routine. For me, it’s all about those wind-down rituals: a warm bath, switching off screens at least an hour before bed, dimming the lights, lighting candles, keeping the bedroom cool, and having gorgeous bedding that you actually want to climb into.
