Sims 4 on iPad using the Steam Link app 😭😭 the first few seconds of this video was so hard to edit I could cry. Steam link mirrors your main monitor so to achieve my aesthetic I layered footage of my desktop live wallpaper ontop 🤧 I tried the method using spacedesk that I posted on my story and it really does turn your iPad into an additional monitor! Windows even recognizes it as one. But the display on my iPad was looking like 240p- the quality was so bad 😭 I knew the Steam link method work so I just finally tried that out instead. For using Steam link you just have to download the Steam link app to your iPad and leave Steam open on your desktop. You can play any game and it will be mirrored to your iPad! I have the sims 4 through origins and not Steam so it doesn’t have to be only Steam games. Using a mouse works ofc but using the Apple Pencil was cool 😎 and inconvenient because you have to drag the cursor 😣 - 🌸 #ipadpro #ipad #steam #steamlink #sims4 #thesims #sims #origin #mobilegames #ipadsetup #ipadaccessories 🌸

Read the caption 😡 Last year when I showed this it got a little bit controversial 😫 1. I am using Steam Link. It is an app that you download from the Playstore/Appstore to screen mirror your desktop. Steam must be installed on your computer and both devices have to be on the same wifi 2. You can screen mirror your full desktop and open any application. It is not limited to games on Steam. On default it opens to Steam but you can just minimize the window. I minimize it from the taskbar and launch the sims through the EA launcher. 3. It works with phones tablets etc so you can use touch screen or your mouse and keyboard. But the way touch screen is set up, you have to drag the cursor I’m using a Magic Keyboard dupe by @typecase_official !
