10L boy yumurta
2 su bardağı şeker
2 su bardağı un
1 su bardağı nişasta
2 paket kabartma tozu
2 yemek kaşığı kakao
2 paket vanilya
Bir fiske tuz
Yarım küçük çay bardağı sıcak su
📌Ara krema için
1 litre süt
6 yemek kaşığı nişasta
2 yemek kaşığı un
1 Su bardağı şeker
2 tüm yumurta
2 yemek kaşığı tereyağ
1 paket vanilya
100 gr beyaz çikolata
1 kutu(200 ml)krema
Çikolatalı SwessmerenguiButtercream malzemeleri (tüyler için)
500 gr tereyağı(Ne çok sert ne de aşırı yumuşak olsun)
250 gr toz şeker
125 gr yumurta beyazı
Bir fiske tuz
1 paket vanilya
150 gr bitter,100 gr sütlü çikolata
HAZIRLANIŞI:
Şeker ve yumurta aklarını bir fiske tuz ekleyerek tel Çırpıcıyla 1 dakika karıştırıyoruz. Sıcak su koyduğumuz tencerenin üzerine kabımızı yerleştiriyoruz. Kabımız suya değmemeli,kaynarken kabımızın altına su sıçramamalı,ateş tencerenin yanlarından taşmamalı. Kısık ateşte karıştırarak şekerin erimesini sağlıyoruz.Isının 70 dereceye ulaşması yeterli olacaktır. Dereceniz yoksa iki parmağınızı arasına aldığınızda şeker erimiş ve akışkansa oldu demektir. Ocaktan alıp yüksek devirde çırpmaya başlıyoruz. Aynı zamanda soğumasını sağlıyoruz. Çırpma devam ederken ben soğuk bezle soğumaya destek oluyorum. Çırpma sonunda tamamen soğumuş olmalı çünkü tereyağımız sıvılaşabilir. Oda sıcaklığına geldiğine emin olduğumuzda küp küp doğradığımız tereyagini acele etmeden yavaş yavaş ekliyoruz. Her eklemeden sonra biraz karıştırıp diğer parçayı ekliyoruz. bu işlemin sonuna doğru krema kesik kesik olacaktır sakın telaş etmeyin. Çırpmaya devam edin. Uzun çırpmanın sonunda pürüzsüz bir kıvam alacaktır. Vanilyayı yı da ekleyip biraz daha çırpıyoruz tam bu aşamada benmari eritilmiş çikolataları dahil ediyoruz ve birkaç dakika çırpıyoruz.
