MIEn este vídeo estamos ofreciendo un biberón responsivo, observando y respetando las señales que el bebé nos va mostrando, algo muy alineado con el enfoque del método Método Kassing.
Algunos puntos clave de esta forma de alimentar son:
• Colocar al bebé en posición más vertical, no totalmente tumbado.
• Mantener el biberón más horizontal, para que la leche no caiga por gravedad.
• Pausar la toma de vez en cuando para respetar su ritmo.
• Observar sus señales de hambre y saciedad.
• Permitir que el bebé participe activamente en la succión, sin forzar.
De esta forma el bebé regula mejor la cantidad que necesita, la toma es más tranquila y se favorece una alimentación más respetuosa con su ritmo.
Al final, no se trata solo de dar leche…
también se trata de escuchar al bebé mientras come.

Önce emziriyordum sonra biberon veriyordum.

OSLa posizione in cui si somministra il biberon può cambiare il tipo di esperienza che il bambino vive, ecco alcune indicazioni per farlo al meglio:
✅ posiziona il bambino semi-sollevato
✅ mantieni il contatto visivo con lui e parlagli
✅strofina la tettarella delicatamente sul sul labbro superiore e quando avrà aperto la bocca falla scivolare al suo interno
✅mantieni il biberon in posizione orizzontale per evitare un flusso troppo forte che potrebbe favorire la deglutizione di aria aumentando COLICHE e RIGURGITI
✅osserva il bambino e interrompi la poppata se si mostra irrequieto
❌non forzare il bambino a finire la quantità’ di latte che hai preparato, osserva piuttosto i suoi segni di sazietà (variabili da bambino a bambino ma che potrebbero comprendere: aprire i pugni, rigurgitare latte, smettere di ciucciare, girare la testa, respingere il biberon)
✅se la tettarella si appiattisce mentre sta ciucciando, tirala delicatamente nell’angolo della bocca per rilasciare l’aspirazione (il vacuum)
✅ il bambino potrebbe aver bisogno di alcune pause i cui fare il “ruttino”, sospendi la poppata tutte le volte che ti sembra necessario.
✅al termine della poppata tieni il bambino sollevato e massaggia delicatamente la parte alta della sua schiena per favorire l’emissione di aria.
❌non utilizzare degli strumenti che “reggano” il biberon al posto tuo, potrebbe essere molto pericoloso (sarà scontato dirlo ma visto quello che appare sui social è meglio precisarlo)
