these are my top choices for bicep growth 🙂‍↕️ i do 2 bicep exercises and 1 brachialis focused exercise in a week, so here’s what that could look like: i have 2 upper body days a week, so on day 1 i’d do something like: • 3 sets rope hammer curls (brachialis) • 3 sets preacher curl (biceps) day 2 i would do just 3 sets of incline curls (biceps) this way im training my biceps 2x a week and they’d get about 9 TOTAL weekly sets (8-10 is optimal for growth and recovery imo) i rotate exercises when i get bored of one or i hit a plateau because personal enjoyment is also very important, and ofc training hard af (to failure) might make this a series so lmk what i should do next! dc KAYLIFTS at @youngla , @aybl , & @dfyne.official :)) #biceps #gymmotivation #bicepsworkout #workoutroutine #lifting

Here are 3 exercises I use to build wider, fuller biceps 👇 1️⃣ Hammer Curls Dumbbells, cables, cross-body..pick your weapon. This hits the brachialis, the muscle that sits underneath your biceps and literally pushes them out from the front. More brachialis = wider arms. 2️⃣ Thumbless (Suicide Grip) Curls Barbell or dumbbells. Taking the thumb out reduces forearm involvement and shifts more tension directly onto the biceps, especially the short head. 3️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Curls This is for the long head. Go all the way down. Chase that deep stretch. Slow on the way up. Full extension every rep. Learn these bicep tips ↓ My arms started growing when I started applying progressive overload — using heavier weight and increasing the overall intensity of my arm sessions. Intensity is key. Supersets/drop sets are always factored into my arm workouts. I prioritize a few different curl variations — hammer curls, cable rope curls, barbell curls, and alternating supinated curls. Squeeze at the top to maximize contraction is another point of emphasis. Make the reps count rather than just counting reps. Most importantly make sure nutrition supports muscle growth. I aim for 1.2-1.4 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to stay aligned with my muscle-building goals. Higher protein has always been a point of emphasis in my routine. #workouttips #workout #biceps #armworkout #fitnessjourney
