The reason your biceps arenโ€™t popping out of your tshirts is because you are doing dumbbell bicep curls And then doing cable curls You are doing the exact same exercise just in a different area of the gym So if you want to get 10 x the results with your biceps and actually build bigger arms you need to firstly work the bicep in the lengthened range You can do this with either an incline dumbbell curl or a behind the back d-handle curl Arm behind the body curl to here Then you need to work the bicep in the shortened range with a preacher curl like so But if you want to learn how to hit your triceps as well Comment โ€œARMSโ€ for my personal arm training plan

This loads the muscle heavily in the stretched position and targets the long head of the bicep. 2๏ธโƒฃ D-handle cable curls (behind the body)๏ฟฝWith the cable slightly behind you, the arm stays back which puts the bicep under tension in the stretched position. This variation hits the long head hard and helps build that taller bicep peak. 3๏ธโƒฃ Flat bench preacher curl - alternative (Standard preacher curl)๏ฟฝThe preacher curl locks your upper arm in place so you canโ€™t swing the weight. This isolates the bicep and places more stress on the short head giving that thickness looking from the front of your arm. Now, thereโ€™s no perfect exercise for any muscle.
