BPC-157, TB-500, “tesamorelin,” and the latest longevity “stacks” are being pushed daily by fitness influencers and non-medical “biohackers” with big promises and zero human outcomes data to match the hype when it comes to longevity medicine and anti-aging. Here’s the part that should make you pause: Most of what you’re hearing is extrapolated from: • petri dish / mechanistic theories • animal studies • a headline + a screenshot …then turned into a marketing funnel for a booming longevity industry. That’s not anti-aging science. That’s content commerce. And I’m not saying “everything peptide-related is useless.” I’m saying: don’t confuse hope + hype with evidence + safety. Because the “benefits” being promised— 🔻lower inflammation 🔻faster healing 🔻better recovery 🔻stronger joints 🔻more energy …are often achieved more reliably (and with far less risk) through the basics that nobody wants to hear: ✅ deep, consistent sleep ✅ protein + real nutrition ✅ resistance training + zone 2 ✅ stress management / mindfulness ✅ sunlight, movement, and metabolic health Precision beats propaganda.
