Your black buttercream doesn’t have to stain or taste bitter 🖤 For a pigmented frosting, I like to use Chefmaster’s black diamond (only need a small amount) and the microwave method. For extra measure against stained teeth, I like to do a thick crumb coat in uncolored frosting and do a thin final coat in black. 😌
