BUBetter Cinnamon Rolls!
Found a new way to make cinnamon rolls! I had leftover babka dough, so I decided to get crazy and try a new cinnamon roll technique. Thank you, @richardbertinet, for the inspo and technique!! The babka/brioche-style dough meant I could let it cook for a touch longer, allowing more browning, caramelizing, and flavor…Really easy braid technique and finally a use for your muffin tins!

This babka, bread pudding, and molten chocolate cake mashup definitely needs to be in your saved dessert recipes! It’s life changing!
4 Ingredient Chocolate Babka Dump Cake
Ingredients
• 1 pound leftover babka or challah dough (or even pizza dough in a pinch!)
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks or large chocolate chips
• 1 3.9 oz packet instant chocolate pudding mix
• 1 stick (8 tablespoons) slightly softened salted butter, or vegan substitute
Instructions
1. Grease an 8 by 8-inch or 9 by 9-inch pan. Tear the dough into chunky pieces and scatter them in the pan.
2. Cover with the chocolate chunks.
3. Sprinkle the pudding mix evenly over the top.
4. Dot with the butter.
5. Cover and let rest 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before serving, then scoop and enjoy!

ADמתכון לעוגת שמרים פרווה מדהימה לשבת. אפשר לגוון עם ממרחים פרווה שאוהבים. מכמות של בצק אחד יוצאות 4 עוגות אינגליש קייק.
לבצק-
1 ק״ג קמח
50 גרם שמרים טריים/ 2 כפות גדושות שמרים יבשים
1/2 כוס סוכר
4 ביצים
3/4 כוס שמן קנולה
370 מ״ל מים
קורט מלח
למילוי-
ממרח שוקולד פרווה
ביצה להברשה
מי סוכר-
1 כוס מים
1/2 כוס סוכר
אופן ההכנה-
בקערת המיקסר מניחים את כל חומרי הבצק למעט המלח.
קמח, שמרים, סוכר, ביצים, שמן ומים, מחברים וו לישה ומתחילים ללוש על מהירות בינונית. לאחר 5 דקות של לישה מוסיפים את המלח וממשיכים ללוש עד בצק אחיד חלק ומעט דביק שנפרד מדפנות הקערה.
מעבירים את הבצק לקערה משומנת, מכסים ומניחים להתפחה עד הכפלת הנפח בטמפרטורת החדר או לילה במקרר.
לאחר התפחה של הבצק, מקמחים משטח עבודה ומוציאים את הבצק למשטח מקומח.
מחלקים את הבצק ל-4.
מרדדים את הבצק למלבן דק, מורחים שכבה אחידה ומפנקת של ממרח שוקולד ומגלגלים לרולדה.
חוצים את הרולדה לאורכה וקולעים לצורת ״בורג״.
מניחים את הרולדה בתבנית אינגליש קייק מרופדת בנייר אפייה ומניחים להתפחה עד הכפלת הנפח בטמפרטורת החדר.
כך חוזרים עם שאר הבצק.
מחממים מראש תנור ל-175 מעלות מצב סטטי.
לאחר הכפלת הנפח של הרולדות מברישים בעדינות בביצה ומכניסים לאפייה כ-30 עד 35 דקות או עד שהחלק העליון זהוב.
בזמן שהעוגות בתנור מכינים את מי הסוכר- בקלחת מניחים מים וסוכר, על להבה בינונית מביאים לרתיחה ומורידים מהאש.
מוציאים את העוגות מהתנור ומברישים בנדיבות במי סוכר. מניחים בצד לצינון והתייצבות.
אפשר לאכול מהעוגה כשהיא חמה, מומלץ לחכות לצינון מלא כדי שלא תתפרק בעת החיתוך.
העוגה נשמרת בקופסא אטומה בטמפרטורת החדר במשך כ- 4 ימים.
