JAI never addressed this publicly bc I was embarrassed…an ex cast-mate from MAFS (who I thought was a friend??) went on A Married At First Sight special and said “Jamie doesn’t know this but…” and went on to publicly bash me on national television….
But this isn’t just about that. I get dozens of hate comments daily. I mean, some people watch my every post just to hate on everything I say or do.🤷🏼♀️
I have some “family” who will say nice things to my face and the meanest things behind my back.😢
It’s so toxic.💯
I used to cry and cry and cry. I didn’t want anyone seeing me crying about it though so I haven’t talked about any of this publicly. I didn’t want any of them to think they “won.” I didn’t want to feel defeated. And them seeing me hurt felt like they won.
So I hid that pain.
I talked to my therapist about it. She told me these are all signs of jealousy and to try to ignore it.
Honestly, it’s easier said than done.
I delete the mean comments & block people who consistently post mean things about me, my husband and my kids.
I’ve been working on myself IMMENSELY.🙏
I’ve been working out, praying and meditating. I only let people in my life who are uplifting and supportive — in all areas. Friends, family, acquaintances, work relationships…
One thing I’ve learned is that you can still love mean people while having boundaries. You can be kind to people who are hateful to you, but you don’t have to be around them.👏👏👏
If you ever find yourself getting hate, don’t return it.🙏 Bitterness loves company, but it will only bring you down.
Only kindness and love will bring ultimate happiness to you.
I’m still not exactly sure why, but I believe there’s purpose in this. And I’m trying my best to live out His will for my life.🙏 I hope in some way me sharing this with you helps you know you’re not alone in whatever pain you’re going through…we all have something we’re going through. I’m right here with ya.💗

BRFeeling extra thankful after such a special Mother’s Day yesterday 🤍
There is truly nothing sweeter than being surrounded by my kids and the incredible women who have shaped my life in so many ways. Watching the cousins together, sharing laughs around the table, and simply being present with one another filled my heart more than words can say.
So thankful for my mom and the endless love, sacrifices, and example she continues to give our family every single day. Grateful to my sister and all that she does for our family and for continuing to keep our country club tradition alive year after year. I’m so happy my aunt was able to be there with us too.
These moments together feel even more special as the years go by, and I’ll never take them for granted. 💞💐
