Blob Tracking Effect (Quick Process)
1. Download a Blob Tracking preset/effect (like “Blob Tracking”, “Blob Morph”, or “Liquid Blob Reveal”).
2. Import it into Effects & Presets in After Effects.
3. Select your footage → drag the Blob Tracking effect onto it.
4. Go to Effect Controls and play with:
• Blob Size
• Distortion Amount
• Track Match / Follow Motion
• Smoothness
• Opacity / Blend Mode
5. Adjust until the blob sticks to your movement and morphs smoothly.
6. Done — you now have the Blob Tracking effect.
