I don’t believe we can turn back the clock on Alzheimer’s, but we can take meaningful steps to protect and support cognitive function as we age. Regular brain exercises, staying socially and intellectually engaged, and getting consistent physical activity can all support brain health. I also think certain supplements, like lion’s mane mushrooms, may offer some benefit. Brain health is just as important as phsyical or mental health, so be sure to work it into your routine. #BrainHealth #HealthyAging #BrainExercises
