You’re not angry. You’re in an anger algorithm. Your brain works like this:
Whatever you engage with, it sends you more of. Practice annoyance?
You get more annoyance. Replay resentment?
You get more resentment. That’s not personality.
That’s wiring. Three networks drive it: • The salience network decides what matters
• The default mode network loops your identity story
• The dopamine reward circuit reinforces what feels important When you’re triggered, all three activate. You trained the anger loop. But you can retrain it. Neuroscience calls it dopamine reward cycling. You intentionally give your brain small moments of clean reward by naming what’s already good. Feel it.
Pause.
Let the dopamine land. Three minutes. That’s enough to begin rewiring what your brain scans for. You don’t need a new personality. You need a new algorithm. Comment 2026 or DM me 2026 and I’ll send you details about my manifestation program. #braintraining #dopaminereward #selfregulation #mindsetshift #nervoussystem

Train Your Brain With Your Fingers Most people think brain training means puzzles or memory games. But one of the fastest ways to stimulate the brain is through movement — especially fine motor control. Small finger coordination drills force the brain to communicate quickly between both hemispheres while improving timing, sequencing, and motor control. As an RMT and rehab coach, I use these drills often with: • young athletes developing coordination • people recovering from concussions • clients working on reaction time and motor control • even my own kids to build focus and brain awareness Tiny movements can create powerful neurological stimulation. Try these for 2 minutes a day for 28 days and see how your coordination improves. Your brain loves challenges like this. #mindbodyconnection #coordinationtraining #neurotraining #braintraining #neuroplasticity

5 movements that build your child’s brain and your connection with them 🧠 When we talk about building the brain, we’re not talking about worksheets or memorization. We’re talking about building brain wiring, the neurons and connections that help the brain thrive, not just function. These movements all: • Connect the left and right hemispheres of the brain • Support sensory-motor loops that help integrate reflexes • Improve coordination, focus, and emotional regulation • Strengthen connection between you and your child Here are my top 5 brain-building, connection-building movements to do with your kids: 1️⃣ Plank taps Cross-body tapping builds bilateral coordination, core stability, and brain communication. ATNR integration exercise! 2️⃣ Crab walk (make it a race) Adds challenge, vestibular input, and fun—perfect for building strength and body awareness. TLR integration exercise. 3️⃣ Standing back-to-back ball passes Or cross-body claps. These force the brain to coordinate timing, rotation, and midline crossing. ATNR integration exercise. 4️⃣ Wheelbarrow Powerful for shoulder stability, reflex integration support, and whole-body coordination. TLR and STNR integration exercise. 5️⃣ Clapping games (Miss Susie style or make your own) This is where the magic happens. Known patterns build confidence. New patterns build neurons. New patterns force the brain to refocus, adapt, and rewire—this is how coordination improves and emotional regulation follows. These are must-do movements if you want a child who can: • Learn new things without melting down • Handle frustration better • Improve coordination and body awareness • Stay calmer during challenge and conflict What a fun evening to mix and match a few of these and build both brains and bonds at the same time. 💬 COMMENT “REWIRED” to get on our Rewired Kids App launch list (launching 2026) 💾 Save this post to try later 💬 Comment below if you’ll try this with your kids 🏷️ Tag us if you do—we LOVE seeing it Brain training is where we see real change. This might seem like just a simple balance test but... it’s actually a powerful way to check for retained primitive reflexes that could be impacting focus, coordination, and emotional regulation. What’s happening when we do this? 🧠 We’re testing for the Tonic Labyrinthine Reflex (TLR) & Vestibular Function. The TLR is a primitive reflex that should disappear by early childhood. If it’s still active, it can cause: ❌ Poor balance & coordination ❌ Difficulty with focus, attention, and sitting still (ADHD symptoms!) ❌ Motion sickness or dizziness ❌ Struggles with reading & learning ❌ Clumsiness or trouble with sports 💡 Why does this test work? Closing the eyes removes visual input, so the body has to rely on the vestibular system (balance center in the brain). Putting the feet together reduces stability, making it easier to see if the body wobbles or falls. Dropping the head forward challenges core strength and postural control. If a child falls over or can’t stay still, it could mean their TLR is still active, making things like focus, coordination, and emotional regulation much harder. 🌊 This reflex is directly linked to ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and sensory struggles. If a child struggles with balance when their eyes are closed, their brain may still be stuck in an early developmental stage—affecting their ability to sit still, focus, and learn effectively. 💡 Want to learn how to test & integrate reflexes at home with 100% NATURAL remedies? 🔥 Comment “GUIDE” to grab our Ultimate Primitive Reflex Guide, which gives you step-by-step exercises to help ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, sensory issues, and more—without expensive therapies or medications! #ADHDHelp #AutismSupport #SensoryProcessing #BrainTraining #PrimitiveReflexes

This may look strange… but she's doing the Starfish Exercise, a brain-based movement designed to support kids struggling with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, emotional outbursts, sensory overload, learning and focus issues. Here's why it works: The Starfish targets the Moro Reflex, an early survival reflex tied to the fight-or-flight response. If this reflex doesn't fully integrate, the nervous system can stay on high alert. That can show up as: • Overreactions to sound, light, or touch • Difficulty sitting still • Big emotional swings • Anxiety or sleep challenges • Trouble focusing in class The Starfish gently activates that startle pattern then teaches the brain how to calm and regulate instead of overreact. Over time, this helps: ✅ Improve emotional regulation ✅ Strengthen body awareness ✅ Reduce sensory overwhelm ✅ Support better focus But here's the bigger issue… If one primitive reflex is still active, it's rarely the only developmental gap. Most parents are told to manage behavior. Very few are shown how to check the foundation. If you're ready to understand what's actually going on in your child's brain and stop guessing 👇 💬 Comment BRAIN and we'll send you the link to get our Brain & Behavior Clarity Guide the same framework we use in our clinic to uncover root causes and create a clear plan forward. #neurofitconnections #primitiverefexes #adhdsupport #emotionalregulation #braintraining
