We filmed this at the stunning @supara.chunkurchak in Kyrgyzstan - a place straight out of a dream. It transforms completely in winter, covered in snow and magic… and that’s reason enough to go back!

ES🌊 Panique en eau libre : ce qui m’a vraiment aidée (et que j’aurais aimé savoir dès le début) 👇
1️⃣ Échauffes toi dans l’eau avant la course 🏊🏼♀️
Fait quelques coups de brasses pour que le corps s’habitue à la température ! Comme ça pas de choque au début !
2️⃣ Pars à l’écart du groupe 🖐️
Ne te mets pas au milieu du paquet ! C’est là que tu prends des coups et que tu paniques le plus facilement. Calée sur le côté, même si tu prends un peu plus de temps, c’est beaucoup plus serein.
3️⃣ Respire doucement dès le début 😮💨Inspire calmement, expire longuement sous l’eau. C’est le seul moyen de calmer ton rythme cardiaque.
4️⃣ Pipi dans la combi = bonus chaleur 😅
Tu vas sûrement avoir froid au départ. C’est un classique des triathlètes : faire pipi dans la combi aide à se réchauffer
5️⃣ Apprends à sighting. 👀
Regarde devant toi tous les 4-5 mouvements pour garder ta direction sans te désorganiser. Choisis un point fixe (bouée, bâtiment, montagne…).
6️⃣ Fais des pauses si besoin 🧠
Tu peux toujours nager en brasse quelques secondes ou même faire la planche pour reprendre ton souffle. Mieux vaut perdre 15 secondes que paniquer.
7️⃣ Amène 2 paires de lunettes ! 👓
Une teintée et une claire. Parce que le temps peut changer en 5 min, et en plus ça évite le stress de dernière minute si l’une fuit ou casse.
8️⃣ Et surtout : entraîne-toi en eau libre 🌊
La piscine, c’est bien, mais y’a pas les mêmes sensations, ni le froid, ni le stress. Plus tu pratiques dehors, plus tu gagnes en confiance. Et si t’as la chance de t’entraîner en groupe c’est encore mieux pour simuler « l’effet de masse » en triathlon !

LOA quick way to cut keys by hand.
You only need two things: the 3D printed SC1 Lishi Cutting Guide by @thisreallyismyrobot and the actual Lishi Key Clippers themselves.
These clippers don’t produce the prettiest keys, but they get the job done, fast. Any rough edges left from the process of clipping the brass can be quickly cleaned up with a file, although as you’ll see in this video, the duplicates work perfectly well as-is.
This is by no means a replacement for an electric duplicator, but it's great for a hobbyist, backup or quick fix.
