Nun habe ich mich das erste mal am Bread Scoring versucht und was soll ich sagen, das macht ja soooooooooo viel Spaß! Kleiner Hack für das perfekte Scoring Messer am Rande: Damit beim Scoring nichts im Weg ist, schneidet wie ich einfach den mittleren Teil der Klinge raus. So bleibt auch bestimmt nichts blöd im Teig hängen und zerstört euer Muster.
