Super flavourful, perfectly juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside fried chicken fillet.🔥 Ingredients: 1,5 kg skinless, boneless chicken breasts (5 medium breasts) For the flour mixture: 150 g flour 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp pepper For the egg mixture: 4 eggs 1 tsp salt ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp hot chilli flakes For the breadcrumb mixture: 100 g panko breadcrumbs 100 g golden breadcrumbs 2 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder Vegetable oil for frying Method 1. Cut chicken breasts into thin slices. 2. Coat the chicken with the flour mixture on both sides. Then dip it in the egg mixture and coat it evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. 3. Let the coated chicken rest for 20 minutes before cooking. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the chicken slices and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Ingredients Chicken (4) Flour (2 cups) Egg (3 eggs) Milk (1/3 cup) Panko breadcrumbs (2 cups) Fresh parsley (1/2 cup) Cajun seasoning (to taste) Italian seasoning (2 tablespoons) Pepper(to taste) Garlic powder (to taste) Oil ( I used Canola) Directions: - Prep the filling ingredients in separate flat bottom dishes - ➡️ Flour and Italian seasoning - ➡️ Eggs & Milk - ➡️ Panko breadcrumbs & Parsley - Pound chicken until even - Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, Pepper, & garlic powder OR just use Kinders “The Blend” - Dip and coat chicken in flour mixture - Dip and coat chicken and egg mixture - Dip and coat coat chicken in panko breadcrumb mixture - Add coated chicken to heated oil. Crispy breaded chicken without using barely any oil! 🙌 INGREDIENTS *For The Chicken: 2 chicken breasts halved horizontal Salt and pepper to taste 2 large eggs 1 cup panko breadcrumbs ½ cup fresh grated parmesan 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder Cooking spray *For the salad: ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil Juice of one lemon plus lemon wedge for garnish 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ¼ teaspoon dried oregano Kosher salt Freshly cracked black pepper Mixed greens Shaved parmesan cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. 2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the eggs in one bowl. Stir together the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika and garlic powder in a second bowl. 3. Dip the chicken in the eggs, rotating to evenly coat the chicken. Next, dredge chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat, ensuring none of the chicken is exposed. Place on a wire rack and spray lightly with the cooking spray. 4. Transfer the chicken to the air fryer until golden brown and cooked through, 4 minutes per side. Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool enough to handle. Then slice into thin strips. 5. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. 6. Serve the sliced chicken parmesan over greens with the vinaigrette and shaved parmesan cheese.

Serve these up with some mashed potatoes or cheesy butter noodles and have dinner on the table in 30 minutes! Ingredients 3 chicken breasts Salt & pepper 2 eggs, whisked 1.5 cups Italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded Spray oil For garnish: grated parmesan, chopped parsley Directions - Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board and carefully slice it in half horizontally so you have two thinner pieces. You should have 6 thin pieces total. - Place chicken between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap and pound until 1/4” thick. Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper. - Set up dredging station by placing eggs in one shallow bowl and breadcrumbs plus the shredded parmesan in another. - Dip the chicken into the whisked eggs, allow excess to drip off, then place in the breadcrumbs and thoroughly coat. - Place chicken on baking sheet, spray with oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly browned, then flip and cook an additional 5-10 minutes. - Allow to slightly cool then garnish with grated parmesan and parsley - serve with mashed potatoes or butter noodles!

The tips and tricks to making the PERFECT chicken cutlets every time 🔥 There are few things in life better than a beautiful, thin, crispy yet still juicy chicken cutlet. It’s something I grew up on and can probably eat everyday. While my Nonna equipped me with the recipe to make some pretty great cutlets, culinary school taught me the reasons and techniques of WHY and HOW to do it. So here is all the info ~ Tips & tricks: 🔪 Butterfly your chicken breast. Place one hand on top of the breast flat and using a shape knife, begin making long straight motions* into the side of the breast. With each cut, open it up like a book and once you’ve made it to the end flatten it out and slice in half. *It’s important to avoid a saw motion to keep the slices as even and clean as possible. 🔪 Pound it out! For an even and thin cutlet, use a meat mallet or any heavy object with a flat surface and begin pounding out the cutlet. Start in the center and work your way to the edges. 🔪Set up the dredging station. FLOUR, EGG, BREADCRUMB… that is the name of the game. Get them in plates or trays right next to each other and season EACH one to maximize and layer the flavor. Feel free to have fun and add more spices and seasonings. I love adding parmigiano and parsley to the breadcrumb for added flavor or even orange and lemon zest in the summer!! 🔪 Shallow fry the cutlets. Pick your favorite frying oil (mine is olive oil for cutlets as it adds in a really nice subtle flavor) and add it to a pan so that it’ll reach 1/2 way up the cutlet ~ not submerging it. Allow it to heat up of medium LOW heat, because you want it to get golden while cooking the chicken. Cook until golden brown on both sides. 🔪Remove from the oil and season immediately. While the oil is still hot, hit the chicken with salt so that it can be absorbed into the chicken. . . . #Chickencutlets #chickenrecipe #culinaryschool #learntocook

How to make perfect thin and crispy chicken cutlets Ingredient: • 4 thinly sliced chicken breast • @kindersflavors garlic and herb panko bread crumbs • Kinder’s grilled chicken seasoning • 1/2 cup of plain bread crumbs • big handful of parmesan cheese • 3 eggs • salt and pepper • light olive oil or vegetable oil to fry Directions: • season your chicken breast with the grilled chicken seasoning making sure each side is coated with seasoning • add your bread crumbs to a plate or tray along with parm cheese • beat 3 eggs and season with salt and pepper • coat your chicken breast in the egg thoroughly on each side then adding to the bread crumbs • coat each side with bread crumbs pressing it into the chicken with your hand • set aside on a plate • heat your oil enough to shallow fry or cover the chicken cutlets (medium/heat) • once oil is hot add one to two chicken cutlets at a time so the oil doesn’t change temperature • cook on each side for 4/5 minutes or until golden brown • once done remove and place on a rack and sprinkle with salt #chickencutlets #cutlets #EasyRecipe #cookingtutorial #dinnerrecipes
