💪 High-Protein No Bread Sandwich ✅ Comment TOASTER to get the link of the toaster. 💪 Nutrition: 👉 ~270 kcal 👉 ~17 g protein per sandwich ✅ High protein ✅ Good fibre (besan + veggies) ✅ No maida ✅ Very filling 📋 Ingredients: * Onion (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Capsicum (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Carrot (chopped) – ¼ cup * ⁠Sweet corn – ¼ cup * ⁠Green chillies – 2–3 * ⁠Fresh coriander – a handful * ⁠Paneer – 180 g * ⁠Gram flour (besan) – ½ cup * ⁠Chaat masala – ½ tsp * ⁠Black pepper powder – ½ tsp * ⁠Salt – 1 tsp or to taste * ⁠Curd – 2 tbsp * ⁠Water – ½ cup or as needed to adjust consistency 👩‍🍳 Directions: 1. In a mixing bowl, add onion, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, green chillies, fresh coriander, and paneer. Crumble the paneer and mix everything well. 2. Add besan, chaat masala, black pepper powder, salt, and curd. Mix thoroughly. 3. Gradually add water to adjust the consistency to a thick batter. 4. Pour the batter into a greased sandwich maker or toaster (electric or gas). 5 Cook until both sides turn golden brown and crisp. 6. 💪 High Protein No Bread Sandwich | No Maida Healthy Recipe | Weightloss Series- Ep 77 📊 Macros: Cal: 410k Protein: 30g Fat: 16g Fibre: 12g 📋 Ingredients: • Carrot (chopped) - 1/4 cup • Capsicum (chopped) - 1/4 cup • Onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup • Moong sprouts - 100 g • Ginger (grated) - 1/2 inch • Garlic (minced) - 1/2 tsp • Green chillies - 1-2 • Fresh coriander - 2 tbsp • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp • Salt - 1/2 tsp (or to taste) • Gram flour (besan) - 2 tbsp (or as required for thick batter) Baking soda (optional) - a pinch • Paneer - 100 g • ⁠Oregano - 1/4 tsp • ⁠Chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp 👩‍🍳 Directions: 1. In a chopper, finely chop carrot, capsicum, and onion. Transfer to a bowl. 2. Grind moong sprouts into a fine mixture and add to the same bowl. 3. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and fresh coriander. 4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, and besan. Mix well to form a thick batter. 5. Add baking soda (optional) and mix gently. (IMPORTANT: Batter should be thick as shown in the video & not runny) 6. Spread the batter on one side of a greased sandwich maker. Place paneer in the center, then cover with more batter. 7. Cook on low flame from both sides until golden brown and crisp.
