Come on you know I love this thing so it’s a “Shall we just have picky bits for tea” kind of day ❤️❤️ * ��300g cottage cheese * ��200g oats * ��2 eggs * ��1 tsp baking powder * ��1/4 tsp salt * ��75g pumpkin seeds * ��2 tbsp linseeds * ��2 tbsp chia seeds * ��50g chopped pecans 1. ���Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with parchment. 2. ���Mix everything together. 3. ���Tip onto baking tray and form into a round or oval. 4. ���Bake for 45 mins until golden, turn over and bake for another 15 mins until you have a good even colour * #bread * #breadmaking * #breadlove * #breadstagram * #instabread

It’s made with only 4 ingredients within 4 hours and it tastes great! 😍 👩‍🍳 I used wheat or all purpose flour but feel free to sub it for spelt flour or half if it for whole grain flour. Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (10slices each 157cal/5P/31K/1F): -3 cups (450g) flour (plus more for dusting) I used all purpose or wheat flour -2 Tsp instant yeast -1 Tsp salt -1 1/2 cups (375ml) warm water MIX all ingredients until you have a stricky, elastic dough/COVER and let it rest 2-3h/DUMP it on a working surface and DUST with more flour/FOLD IN the edges with a spatula then transfer to parchment paper/PREHEAT a pot at 230C/450F for 30mins in the oven/PUT the bread in the pot/BAKE 30mins covered and 15mins without the lid - IDIOTENSICHERES BROT 🍞 Jeder bekommt das hin! 😉 Auch wenn du nichts mit backen am Hut hast, kannst du dieses Brot machen! This is a no-yeast version of focaccia so it makes a great option when you want to add a homemade Italian bread to the menu, but you don’t have any yeast on hand. This bread is made with part wheat flour to keep it healthy & homemade. The recipe by #slurrpcommunity member @pviyerskitchen is #easytomake and suitable for #homecook as well as an experienced #homebaker Serves: 4 people Tolls needed: Measuring cup 250 ml, Oven, Cake tin 7×7 or 6×8, mortar pestle & bowls. I’ve been feeling all the Bake Off nostalgia recently AND summer is finally here so I wanted to share my bread journey again and give you my focaccia sandwich recipe now that I’m remastering the things I wasn’t so good at in the tent🍞 If you’ve seen this video before, pretend you haven’t 🫡❤️ ⬇️💚🍞RECIPE AS FOLLOWS🍞💚⬇️ 140g very strong bread flour 65g warm water 20ml olive oil 4g fast action yeast 10g caster sugar 4g fine salt Extra olive oil for drizzling Fillings up to you! Method: 1. Combine all the ingredients and knead until pliable. Set aside to rise for an hour. 2. After an hour, fold the dough over itself and repeat 4 times. Reform a ball and leave to rise for another hour. 3. ���Once risen, transfer to an oiled tin (I used an 8” circle) and leave to prove for half an hour, or until light and doubled in size. 4. ���Drizzle over your oil (I infused mine with parsley, garlic and chilli flakes) and season with a little more salt (I used sea salt for this step) Bake at 220c for 20 minutes. 5. ���Slice, serve and enjoy! #Focaccia #focacciasandwich #sandwich #🍞 #bread #breadbaking #breadlove #breadrecipe #mozzarella #GBBO #greatbritishbakeoff #baking #bakingtips #storytime #bakingrecipe #cookwithme #bakingreel #uk #artisanbread #homemadebread
