Ingredients:
• Minced chicken – ½ kg
• Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Cabbage – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Capsicum – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Carrot – ½ cup (finely chopped)
• Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
• Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
• Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
• Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
• Salt – 1 teaspoon or to taste
For Bread Roses:
• Bread slices – 8–10 slices
Method:
1. Heat a pan and add all the ingredients.
2. Sauté well until the chicken is completely cooked and the mixture turns dry.
3. Let the filling cool slightly.
Shaping & Cooking:
• Roll out the bread slices thin and cut into small circles.
• Shape into roses with the chicken filling (as shown in the video).
• Bake or air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes, or until the outer layer is crispy.
