I’ll never get tired of a good breakfast wrap, especially when I use those carb balance tortillas, they’re packed with fiber and keep me full for hours. This combo isn’t totally new for me, but I switched it up a bit and had to share because the queso took it to the next level. Inside the wrap: • Egg whites mixed with cottage cheese (trust me on this—so fluffy and adds protein!) • A chopped-up Boca burger • Diced hash brown coins Then I topped it with queso + salsa (I thinned the queso with a little water to stretch it further). On the side: air-fried green beans and a mix of blueberries + raspberries. Super simple, high protein, high fiber, and honestly so satisfying! #breakfastideas #highfiberbreakfast #highproteinmeals #queso #breakfastwrap

These are perfect for meal prep! • More healthy & easy recipes like this in my new Ebook: Healthy Food Made Easy which has 85 low-effort recipes: breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners & desserts🤩 The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • for one serving: 1 high-fiber tortilla 2 eggs 3 tablespoons high-protein cottage cheese pinch of salt pinch of pepper handful of spinach, chopped 1 tablespoon pesto handful of cherry tomatoes, halved 2 tablespoons crumbled feta • 1. Press the tortilla into a greased glass container, ramekin or oven-safe bowl to form a ”cup” 2. Add the eggs, cottage cheese (if your cottage cheese it very wet, you can strain it) salt & pepper and stir 3. Top with spinach, pesto, feta and cherry tomatoes 4. Bake at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes 5. No complicated recipe, just real food that works ✨ What you need (1 serving) - 2 eggs + a splash of egg whites - 30g feta cheese - 1 tortilla wrap - 1 tbsp cottage cheese - 2 radishes, sliced - 1 small cucumber, sliced - 1 mini pepper, halved - 4–5 cherry tomatoes - Salt, pepper, oregano What you do 1. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and oregano, then cook in a pan over medium heat. 2. Sprinkle feta over the omelette, then place the tortilla on top. Flip everything so the wrap cooks slightly in the pan. 3. Fold the omelette into the wrap and cook briefly until the wrap is lightly golden. 4. Slice the cucumber, radishes, and tomatoes.
