Training naturally you need to see strength training as flipping that ‘Construction Switch’ This is essentially what Muscle Protein Synthesis is and will last for anywhere up to 48 hours. Which means your muscles are ready to be trained again within 3 days. So think about getting multiple sessions per week for each muscle group for maximum growth.
