BS/MD programs are combined undergraduate and medical school programs that students apply to in high school. If accepted, you secure a conditional seat in a specific medical school while completing your bachelor’s degree. Many waive the MCAT entirely, while others only require a minimum score. These programs are highly competitive and expect strong academics, clinical exposure, leadership, research, and a clear commitment to medicine early on. Early Assurance Programs (EAPs) are for current college students, usually sophomores, at affiliated undergraduate institutions.
