С таким запросом иногда приходят пациенты в кабинет ЛФК. И их легко понять! Для занятий Шрот необходима шведская стенка, мешочки, палки, ремни, мячи. Тогда как для комплекса SEAS достаточно зеркала, гантелей и резинки.
Но не все так однозначно.
Почему?

KRПрошла второй уровень BSPTS с Nuria Puigdevall - экзамен сдала.
Кстати, Нурия с доктором М.Риго (Испания, Барселона) долгие годы работают над тем, чтобы улучшить свой подход в работе со сколиозом.
Я не люблю экзамены, но без них нельзя подтвердить уровень своих знаний.
