Total cost: about $60 Goal: better wrist angle + better mid-range tension Verdict: ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿคญ If you train biceps with cables, straight bars, or neutral gripsโ€ฆ this actually hit different. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Full parts list is in the video. Save this if you want to build one! For the length of the angled arm you can try 12โ€ or 18โ€ ๐Ÿ˜Ž 18โ€ the weight goes farther but 12โ€ will feel like a more comfortable/smooth movement.
