one sting could evoke the reminder we need to heal for centuries to come.

A while back, I delved into some studies being conducted by MAPS (the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies).
After leaving university, where I studied psychology, I continued to explore the studies that shape our understanding of the human mind.
I had more time to guide my own research, which led to findings driven by passion and curiosity.
LEARNING:
One individual might embark on a guided session with MDMA, which could then create ripple effects in their community, even among those who have never once touched the substance.
I came across this research in the book Good Chemistry: The Science of Connection, from Soul to Psychedelics by Julie Holland, M.D.
It is through my personal experience that I begin to grapple with this idea. One member of a family may branch out and become a beekeeper, which awakens new senses and provokes interesting thought patterns. Each night, they bring home the embodiment of the hive, and without saying a word or sharing the stories of the hive, their experience ripples through as part of the collective consciousness.
And trust is formed.

Documenting stings to joints — starting with my elbows, the first lucky joints I chose! 🐝 These stings put a few tears in my eyes! 😮💨
Started on 8/20/25.
My elbows have been hurting lots lately. Bee venom is definitely working for me. They haven’t hurt this much in years — likely because I’ve been eating clean daily for so long. The venom is clearly going after what doesn’t belong in my joints.
Sting protocol:
Left inner elbow: 1 sting, once a week on Mondays (along with regular back stings)
Right inner elbow: 1 sting, once a week on Wednesdays (with regular back stings)
I followed this for two weeks to ease in slowly, then added a second sting to each elbow. The plan is to continue stinging the affected joint weekly, following protocol, until pain resolves. After that, proceed to the next joint as outlined in the protocol, and at the end of treatment revisit all joints as needed.
