This video shows you how to hit your upper, middle, and lower chest for complete Pectoral development. TWO KEY VARIATIONS: LOW-TO-HIGH CABLE FLY (The Upper Chest Builder): Set the pulleys low. Bring your hands up and inward, ending near your collarbone. This specifically targets and sculpts the clavicular head (upper chest) for a fuller, square look. We’ve all seen guys trying to do this with too much weight and missing tension where it matters. A bit too much ego after presses maybe… Here, Andrew makes point to “stop rolling your shoulders forward during cable flies. Doing this puts a lot of tension on your shoulders and less tension on the chest. Instead, retract your shoulders by sticking your chest out and slightly arching your back in order to keep the tension on the chest”.
