Here’s how you can use it for a full upper body session: 1️⃣ Rope Triceps Pushdown Targets the triceps (back of the arm). Keep your elbows tucked, push down until your arms are straight, and spread the rope at the bottom for maximum contraction. Great for arm definition and lockout strength. 2️⃣ Rope Biceps Curl Similar to dumbbell curls, but the cable gives constant tension through the whole range of motion.
