Launching on the weekends very soon, this concept is all about French Traditional Breakfast in the heart of Toronto. A softer, slower paced, and more elegant version of a traditional breakfast or brunch experience. Which to be honest, is a refreshing change to what I'm used in the city, and reminded me of fond memories in Paris that I cherish to this day 💓
From a decadent 70% Hot Chocolate with whipped cream, to fresh made baguette and Viennoiseries (aka pastries), soft boiled or fried eggs and bacon, to some of the best croissants... This really hit the spot 😋
