✅Drink mineral water
✅Let the dogs out
✅Earthing and deep breathing technique outside
✅Feed dogs
✅Make coffee
✅Drink more water
✅Drink coffee and sit down
✅Start my Italian lessons (which gets the brain working nicely)
Everything else comes after this.
