Det du ser i filmen är frågor. Den vanliga tolkningen hos människoarten är att det är glädje. Det är en liten valp som nyfiken ställer sina frågor. Det är en oerfaren individ som inte ser gäster som fara. Hennes matte kommunicerar naturligt med sin lilla och jag hör dagligen hur fint allt går🥰 Hon är naturligt intensiv och hennes frågor är viktiga. Hon beter sig helt normalt. Hon är en välmående valp som inte är orolig. Men det jag vill säga idag är att vi människor förstör detta naturliga språk genom att direkt bekräfta valpen. Om vi böjer oss ner och börjar klappa och busa med valpen så övergår dessa viktiga frågor till stress. Om valpen dessutom får fel signaler från sin egen människoflock så börjar den att ta ansvar. Ansvaret som den tar kommer att bli synligt först i tonåren. För en babyvalp tar inte en ledarposition innan hormoner kommit. Men den blir mer orolig och stressad. För den saknar det viktiga skyddet från en ledare. När jag möter denna goding som är som en saga så ignorerar jag helt. Jag är lugn och signalerar vänlighet men bekräftar inte. På mycket kort tid har valpens frågor besvarats och jag och matte sätter oss och dricker kaffe. Vi njuter av att ha en valp runt oss och hon får vara en ung hund som hänger med oss utan stress. Självklart bjuder vi också in henne så hon får en godis bit. Men inte vid ankomst. Misstagen vi gör med våra valpar kan kosta oss dyrt när valpen är tonåring. Förebygg vill jag säga till valpägare. Förebygg även om det inte känns logiskt i början. Förebygg så slipper du kämpa med en ”problemhund”. Förstå hunden - förstå utvecklingen - förstå den unga valpen som ställer frågor. Svara rätt så blir det bra. Utmaningar kommer ändå. Men då möter du dem med kunskap. Det är så tryggt!
