Add all of your ingredients to a jar: -4 tbs of @cocojune_organic -3 tbs of chia seeds -4 tbs of rolled outs -1 cup of milk -2 tbs of honey -vanilla bean paste -pinch of quality sea salt Mix very well and shake your jar for a few minutes. Place into fridge overnight and wake up to the perfect breakfast bowl! I love to top it with bananas, pineapple, dollops of cocojune and a homestyle granola. I feel like slow dancing to this homemade blueberry jam layered chia pudding 🫐🪩 BENEFITS: • Fiber + antioxidants → supports digestion & reduces inflammation • Skin glow → omega-3s + vitamin C boost radiance • Keeps you full → helps curb cravings & balance energy Chia pudding: - 1 cup milk of choice - 1/4 cup chia seeds - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) - 2 heaping tbsp Greek yogurt (coconut yogurt for plant based option) Blueberry jam: - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries - 1-3 tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste) - 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice - 1 tbsp lemon zest - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon Whisk chia pudding ingredients then cover with lid and let it sit in fridge up to 8 hours until it thickens. For the jam, add ingredients in sauce pan and cook on medium low with constant stirring and mushing of blueberries. Use your finger to run against back of spoon and if the jam stays in place, turn off heat and the jam will continue to thicken.
