ARTUTORIAL TUESDAY with @tamlinsky! And a quick reminder there’s a special Halloween Chair Dance this Friday with only a few spots left! In the meantime, here’s something to practice.
- pull your legs over and past your head and sneak the chair against your lower back
- release your lower back as your legs swing over the back of the chair and knees grip firmly over
- by using your hands (holding the legs of the chair) and the momentum, pull your chest up until to get to a sit
- place one hand on the floor and the other between your legs holding the back of the chair and extend your legs into a straddle
