Write each one of your task down on it. Step 2: Share the plan with your manager, ask for his inputs, and preferably do that ober a 1 on 1 discussion and not over email. Step 3: Share periodic updates with him or her on the progress and once you’re 75% done, use this script to negotiate your salary. ———————————————————— Hi, Just wanted to further update that 75% of my KT is over and I am expecting to complete the handover in another X Days. I was wondering if you could recommend the HR for my earlier release by reducing the notice period by Y weeks, as it not only saves the cost for organisation, but also will help me in starting at the next employer a bit earlier. If you’re okay with this, I’ll drop an email to HR as well keeping you in CC.
