The full twist is an advanced tumbling skill that combines power, air awareness, body control, and strong technique. This skill requires athletes to generate height, maintain tight body positioning, and complete a full rotation before landing.
At CheerPro, we focus on proper progressions, safe technique, and athlete confidence when working with advanced skills.
